Terms & Conditions

By booking with HMStay, you agree to comply with all policies mentioned below.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• HMStay reserves the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not received at the time of check-in.
• Guests must show their booking confirmation email and provide a valid government-issued ID (with address) for each occupant during check-in.

2. Guest Policy

• Unmarried couples are allowed, provided all guests are above 21 years of age.
• Local ID holders are not allowed to stay.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Early check-in is subject to availability and prior discussion during booking.
• If the homestay is not ready at the time of early arrival, guests may store their luggage at our office until check-in time.
• Additional charges will apply for early check-in or late check-out as per HMStay policy.

4. Occupancy Policy

• If the number of guests exceeds the confirmed booking, extra charges will apply depending on additional bedding or room requirements.
• Housekeeping and room service are not included. Maid services can be arranged upon request at a nominal cost.
• All essentials like towels, bedsheets, and basic inventory are already provided.

5. Kitchen Usage Policy

• Guests may use the kitchen where available, but must bring their own groceries.
• Non-vegetarian cooking is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning utensils after use. If left unclean, cleaning charges will apply.
• Cook and cleaning services are available at an additional cost.
• Guests must handle induction cooktops and utensils responsibly. Any damage or burnt cookware will be chargeable to the guest.

6. Smoking, Alcohol & Conduct

• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the property.
• If found violating, penalty fees will be charged.
• Guests must maintain the decorum of the residential society. Any nuisance, misconduct, or illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without notice.

7. Power & Water Supply

• In properties where power backup is provided via inverter, only low-power appliances (fans, lights, etc.) will function during outages.
• HMStay is not responsible for power or water supply interruptions caused by the society's maintenance issues or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed inside any HMStay property.

9. Legal Responsibility

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and lawfully.
• HMStay will not be held accountable for any legal action taken by police, administration, or RWA due to guest misconduct or illegal activities.

• Guests must inform the caretaker at least 45 minutes before check-out.
• Keys should be handed over only to the designated caretaker, who will inspect the property before departure.

12. Damage & Missing Items

• Guests are responsible for maintaining all provided items and furniture during their stay.
• Any damage or missing items will be chargeable.
• In case of serious violations, HMStay reserves the right to take legal action using the government ID proof provided at check-in.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking and staying at an HMStay property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
