Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel their booking up to 15 days before the check-in date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will result in no refund, as the booking amount becomes non-refundable.

2. Early Check-Out

• If a guest decides to end their stay before the scheduled check-out date, partial refunds may or may not be granted.
• HMStay will, however, offer special concessions or discounts on the guest's next booking as a goodwill gesture.

3. Property Dissatisfaction Before Check-In

• If the guest is dissatisfied with the property before check-in due to non-fulfillment of promised facilities or amenities, a full refund will be processed.
• The guest must provide valid justification and evidence for the claim before refund initiation.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
• Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Cancellations made after the 15-day window.
• No-shows (when guests do not arrive for their stay).
• Evictions due to misconduct, violation of house rules, or illegal activities.
• Damages caused to property or amenities during the stay.

6. Modification or Rescheduling

• Guests who wish to reschedule their booking instead of cancelling can contact the HMStay booking coordinator.
• Approval will depend on availability and pricing differences at the time of modification.
