Service Delivery

All hotel bookings made on HMStay are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, booking confirmation details are sent to the customer via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp.

Booking Confirmation Timeline

• Instant confirmation is provided for most hotels.
• In some cases, confirmation may be subject to hotel availability.
• If confirmation is delayed or unavailable, customers will be informed promptly.

No Physical Shipping

As HMStay provides accommodation booking services only, there is no physical delivery, courier, or shipping involved.

Service Usage

Customers can avail the booked services by checking in at the selected hotel on the confirmed check-in date and time, as per the booking details.
